		<description>I was just thinking about this. When I was younger I always thought that they were some sort of electrode, because of the lightening scenes. 

Now that I&#039;m watching it again, right now, I think it&#039;s because of the main part of the body  they are using, was from a hung man with a broken neck. Could it be that it&#039;s to try to make the neck strudier? AS proof, have you noticed that a part of his acting is that he almost never turns his head?</description>
